Roof - exterior metal fabrication - application engineers of the MADI art panels & exterior museum 'skin' in 2002. Truly an interesting project indeed for all parties involved.

TPO Residential North Dallas

Flat roof includes 1 1/2" insulation board & the TPO membrane. This installation had custom made cant strip for the 11'6" chimney and custom-made 24 gauge Kynar 500 metal for the roof perimeter. While challenging with many facets involved, professionally planned and done with excellence as the final goal.

ABOUT US

Paul Mallett is a sixth generation Texan, husband, father, and grandfather with more than 25 years of experience in the roofing and construction trade industry.

A longtime member of the Dallas Better Business Bureau, Paul is committed to achieving customer satisfaction through the professional installation of top-quality materials from leading manufacturers. In particular, he recommends hail impact resistant shingles. He says, "We North Texans live in what is called hail alley, where spring and summer storms bring damaging winds and hail. These shingles are the best possible defense."

At Blueprint Roofing & Sheet Metal, we strive to prove ourselves daily by installing real value and quality when working on what is most important to you. Call us for a free, no-obligation, hard copy estimate on the work you are needing. We look forward to providing you with the best service possible for your home.

WHY CHOOSE US

QUALITY ASSURED

I do onsite visual walkovers of your roof wearing soft crepe-soled shoes to look for roof damage. Haig Institute training sets criteria to ascertain what is genuine roof damage and what is not. Let's not waste anyone's time, either there is or there is not damage. We install hail impact resistant shingles that are superior to other existing shingles on the market today and really what should be code in the DFW metroplex. They are given a UL 2218 rating which says that a 2" steel ball dropped from twenty feet will not puncture the shingle mat. In truth, I have seen these roofs withstand several golf-ball size hail assaults unscathed, and that was more like 25,000+ ft altitudes. These installations qualify with the Texas Department of Insurance for a discount with your homeowners insurance company. Now this is what is called real value.

TRUST

When we begin your construction job, there are no other priorities than yours. I am not a 'many irons in the fire' type. I have to know what's going on at the moment and be in the midst of the action. That's just the way I work. A customer once called me a control freak, and I laughed. In the real world, it's called professional onsite job supervision.

As previously stated, we're current and longtime member of the Dallas Better Business Bureau for one reason - your security and customer satisfaction. See some of our 'extra mile' doings as we strive to prove ourselves daily on every job by installing real value and quality when working on what is most important to you. I look forward to meeting you in order that we may provide the best service possible for your home.

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED

Several years ago, I stopped working with pneumatic nail guns. Why? Because they are a nuisance to quality installations. The installer can 'blow and go', meaning he can work so fast so he'll get home quicker. There is some truth to that, but the real reason is that the nails penetrate (puncture) through the shingle mat. Each shingle needs five nails to hold it according to manufacturer fastener standards. With air guns, about two or three nails are the only thing holding the shingle to the decking. Truth be told, I got tired of standing over their shoulders and watching the multiple punctures. This doesn't happen with hand nailing. You get a secure fastener that stops flush with the shingle. A better, quality installation, I guarantee.

IMPECABLE REPUTATION

When you order a roof installation with us, I personally do all of the ordering for the roof and the roof accessories. When the order arrives, I knock on the door and ask you the homeowner to come and see what has arrived, and to please verify that the correct shingle and correct color that you have chosen is indeed onsite. Please know, all of the shingles that we install are number 1 grade, meaning that they are the premium factory manufacturing production. No second runs, no out-of-wrapper, etc.. I am personally onsite every morning the job starts to receive the order from our supplier. I make an affidavit/statement and am proud to be installing top quality materials. References freely given upon request.

Heading 1

Paul Mallet and his company have done work on our home, the roof and around the outside. I have been delighted with the results. When I hire him I know the job will be completed and it will be done well with top quality material and workmanship. I know Paul to be a man of immense integrity, perhaps rare in his business, and I can rest assured that whatever he does for us will be professional quality, for he is a true professional and I trust him.

Glen Currier - DeSoto, Texas

"Awesome to deal with!! Extremely Professional, Knowledgeable & Timely!!  Mr. Mallett explained everything and followed through with all he said he would. Will recommend him to everyone!"

Lisa Thompson - Dallas, Texas

"These days we hear of so many not living up to their promises of quality workmanship. Paul Mallett is a rare exception to that trait. Before starting work on my storm-damaged home, he explained everything I needed to know about his product, his craftsmanship, his work history and his skills. He worked personally with my insurance company and the adjustor to warranty that I was dealt with fairly. Every detail of his work and cleanup of my property was perfection. If you want quality craftsmanship from an honest, qualified professional, do put your trust in Mr. Mallett. You will not be disappointed."

   Mimi  Hathaway - Richardson, Texas

"It is my pleasure to recommend Paul Mallett with Blueprint Roofing and Sheet Metal. I have been using Paul for the past 20 years on my rental properties and homes. Paul has replaced at least 7 roofs for me in this time period, all due to hail. He works very well with the insurance adjusters, completes his tasks timely with minimal call back needed. Paul has resided in North Texas during this period of time and is always easy to reach.

I have recommended Paul to my friends, neighbors and family and he has never disappointed me or them. I am highly recommending Paul for any of your roofing needs."
